I wanted to know whether there was some additionnal documentation that could
explain the impact of the parameteer code a bit more than what I found in
the documentation (

about this parameter: "If code is between 32 and 127, the symbol is simply
the corresponding printable ASCII character in the default font.".
For example, what happens for the values less than 32 and more than 127 ?
