Hi Hiro,

using gfortran instead of g95 should be easy enough:
- Install gfortran on your machine and make sure the path to the
   compiler is upfront in the PATH environment variable
- Run CMake in a clean directory. I usually use a
   command-line like this:

   cmake ../plplot -G "UNIX Makefiles" -DBUILD_TEST=ON

   (The generator for my system is "MinGW Makefiles" but that is
   Windows-specific)
- Run make to build the libraries and the test programs

This ought to work.
