Hi Kourous: Thanks for your interest in PLplot. To answer your specific question, the source code corresponding to include/plplot.h resides in src/*.c. But to do an actual build of PLplot will require you to follow the CMake-based build rules on our wiki at http://www.miscdebris.net/plplot_wiki/.
