Hi Walt:

Please clarify.  Is your report for Cygwin or MinGW?

Also, what is the source of the files in
C:\FortranTools\gtk\lib\pkgconfig ?

Is that from a Cygwin install or something else?  If something else,
what exactly, i.e., where could I download it myself?
