Based on my tests using docker images, I believe that this version of 
libhpdf is currently only available in arch-linux, and is not available 
in any of debian stable, debian latest, fedora latest, opensuse 
tumbleweed or ubuntu latest. This might merit a check by cmake for the 
correct version? Otherwise I think this test is going to fail for pretty 
much everyone.
