Is it possible to have some more thorough instructions for Win compilation?
I was following the posted instructions, and here' s what I'm getting:
D:\ada\plplot\buildcygwin>cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=install ../
CMake Error: CMake was unable to find a build program corresponding to
"Unix Makefiles". CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM is not set. You probably need
to select a different build tool.
-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!
My system is Win 10/Cygwin/GNAT 2016 (Ada).
