My incremental build today died during setup-plt without an error message (multiple times, actually, when I retried it in various degrees of "clean-ness"), so I blew away Library/PLT Scheme/ and trunk/, checked out the trunk again, and ran configure, make, and make install. The make install died as soon as setup-plt started:
