[plt-dev] FYI: OS X DrS going to 100% CPU in background

I'm not seeing a pattern yet, but three times today I've seen DrScheme go to 100% CPU while in the background, and drop back down to <1% when brought back to the foreground.

I'm going to update DrS to the SVN head; maybe this problem will go away.
