When I install PLT Scheme under Windows XP-64, it (correctly) installs into the directory "C:\Program File (x86)\PLT", but the references to (at least some of) the dlls are still to "C:\Program Files\PLT\lib". In particular, we get the message "Failure: cannot open DLL C:Program Files\PLT\lib\libmzch3m_6ncbi0.dll". I created a copy of "PLT\lib" in the "Program Files" directory and it works.
