The replacement file for the subversion properties is almost done.
Does anyone have an opinion where to put it? For example, these
places make sense:
<plt>/props
<plt>/.props
<plt>/collects/meta/props
Notes:
* It is a scheme^H^H^H^H^H^Hracket script -- suffixless (it should
never be compiled).
* Needs to be in some convenient place to run. (But I will provide a
way to run it via something like `git prop' anyway.)
