That would be an obvious choice, but I think that it works out better
to make it:

  From: <pusher>@racket-lang.org
  To: plt-dev@list.cs.brown.edu

but have it actually sent to the commits list (I can do that at the
level of invoking sendmail).  This way, plain replies go to the
pusher, and reply-all goes to plt-dev.
