[plt-dev] how do I resolve a bug report against my PLaneT package?

On the PLaneT Web site, I see a bug report against a package I own.  How 
do I resolve this bug report?

I am logged into the PLaneT site, but that login doesn't seem to work in 
Trac, which is where the bug report seems to be stored.
