Manually removing it is tedious, and it's (generally) difficult to
create a filter that'll work across multiple web pages.
[ I could create filters, but it would probably be more work than
mangling plucker. ]
For that matter, is there ever a reason why you wouldn't want
plucker to compress adjacent vertical whitespace?
I think I'll just mangle my local copy.
