My suggestion is to put the source code for the TbmpLib in a subdir
of the parser dir, i.e. at the same level as the python, perl, and
defaults dirs.
Someone (Ben) has to either create a complete installation package
for Macintosh or at least a package with the library, so that it
can be downloaded by those users that don't have a full development
environment.
We also need to know what files are required and where they can be
found (for the REQUIREMENTS file), a short description on how to
install the Plucker files (for the INSTALL file) and maybe also some
updates for the HTML manual.
