> New packages (v1.1.9) are now available at the ftp server.
Website and mirror have also been updated. I slapped together a
quick animated image to show off the feature (and found a new POSE bug in
the process, erg!)
I also upgraded the CVS code on the site as well (ViewCVS) to a new
more-recent beta and cleaned up the guts of it a bit (you'll notice it looks
slightly different now inside the website, and will react a bit faster). You
can also find it by going here:
http://plucker.gnu-designs.com/cvs/
I've added fixes to the code to allow proper annotation of files. I
emailed my patches to Greg Stein, but he hasn't yet rolled them into the
upstream sources. An example is here:
http://plucker.gnu-designs.com/cvs/index.cgi/viewer/bookmark.c?annotate=1.16#61
(You'll notice that in Greg's tree on Sourceforge, it's broken, view
the source of this page and see what I mean; his <a name..> anchors are
broken)
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/viewcvs/viewcvs/lib/blame.py?annotate=1.16
As we roll to using the new server (MUCH more horsepower and
bandwidth), a lot of new things will come into play, making it much more
interactive for people on the site. All in time... A few days and we should
be cleanly moved over to the new box (3,051 miles from the current machine).
I'm going to be printing about 500 Plucker tshirts pretty soon, so
if anyone wants one, shoot me an email privately, and I'll give you first
dibs. The rest will be on the website in exchange for donations to the FSF
and whomever else we deem appropriate (or something like that).
I notice that the ChangeLog in the 1.1.9 tarballs is not the most
recent version. No biggie, but it didn't include the cvs log entry for the
gestures. I had to check my email to see the actual log message.
Good work Mike and Robert!
