(message also cc'd to the Plucker and pilot-unix mailing lists)
I have updated the bug tracker on bugs.sourcefubar.net (and mirrors)
and plkr.org to the latest version of Mantis. There are some new features in
the system, the most notable of which is now the User Preferences section
where you can specify a default project and some other advanced options.
Lots of new things are going into the next release (0.16.x), but this is
quite an advance from the previous version (0.14.x).
This is a work in progress, and the credit goes to the Mantis team
for keeping it updated. I've added some generous cosmetic changes to make
the UI a bit more "friendly" also. I tested it in 11 browsers, and IE was
the worst off (of course), randomly filling cells with colors. Mozilla came
in a close second, still a few table bugs in the rendering engine it seems.
It looks functionally similar in all browsers I tested though. Give it a
shot.
If you haven't already logged into the system (and intend to post
bugs or patches), please do so. This system will be the defacto place to
"register" bugs (as well as the mailing lists here).
We've also gained a few new projects in the system, as you'll see in
the dropdown on the upper right. I'd encourage anyone who is hosting a
project on other sites to consider aggregating it within the system here.
We're going to maturing the tools and updating all of the systems behind it
to provide a robust arena for distributed and collaborative development.
This is only just the beginning...

p.s. As always, email me directly if there are issues or problems with any
of the systems, applications, or connectivity, and I'll get them addressed
as soon as possible.
