Can't help you with the part about compiling the viewer using CW, but
if you are going to work on multi-byte support then you should
coordinate that with Masakazu Matsumoto <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
He has added some initial support for multi-byte chars and the code is
available in CVS (the 'i18n' branch).
