Do you mean that we *only* should include a color supported version
or that we should include both a BW and color version?
If you look at the Makefile.maint you will see that it now also
includes a zip package with all the color enabled versions of the
viewer (i.e. I will create such a package for the next release).
I will keep them separated for this release, but I guess we could
consider to only create one version (with color support) in the future.
