What kind of ISP are these domains connected through?   Looks like a DSL
line?  If it's an ADSL line, you should not be surprised that they blocked
port 80 -- Verizon did this recently because of CodeRed.  Perhaps you should
look into having these sites connected via a more substantial provider ?
