Does anyone know what good building a "cache" directory is? What it
seems to do is to write a number of files, each containing one Plucker
DB record in binary form, to a directory. Is there some other tool
that assembles them in some form? Also, there doesn't seem to be any
"caching" about it. That is, if you re-run the same plucker-build to
update the cache against static content in files, the parser will
re-generate each of the records over again.
