I Compile the Help file with the latest Help compiler and i get no
errors or warnings, also you are the first one how tell me about
problems with the help files, so i *guess* the Help files are I.O. and
its something with your system.


At first, does other HTML Help files (from other Programs) work on
your system?

Maybe your system are not ready to display the new HTML help. Call
plucker-build (there are a shortcut in the Startmenu) and than click
on the Help button. Now the opens an help file. If it show the old
Winhelp Help then your system does not support the HTML Help (you need
install an newer IE), if you see the HTML Help you system support
this.

Maybe you run an too old version of Internet Explorer? What's you
Version? Maybe you could also try to run the HTML Help update from:
