Hi all,
I finally got Plucker working last night on my Handera 330.
(More details in a later message on how I think the docs for the Linux
install could be improved.)

I can confirm the problem with display on the Handera 330 reported
here by Brian Casten (and earlier by others) and offer a few more
details and a workaround:

As Brian said, the screen just keeps redrawing until it bombs with:

Event.c, Line: 191, Event
queue full

and the device has to be reset.

The problem seems to have more to do (as David Desrosiers suggested in
a followup) with scaling than with compression. (All Plucker
documents are compressed, right?) I get the problem whether I choose
zlib or doc compression *if* Plucker is set to "Scale to fit" in the
Handera's "Applications" part of the Prefs settings. Either
compression method works fine if scaling is turned off as outlined
below.

So to work around this for now, go to the Prefs application (not
within Plucker, but for the Handera itself, i.e. where you set the
system time, etc.), choose "Applications" from the upper-right
pull-down Menu, find Plucker, and set it to "Center" instead of "Scale
to fit". This causes Plucker to display in the central 1/4 of the
screen rather than scaling up to its full resolution. It's sad not to
use the full screen, but at least it works for now. (This workaround
was offered by Michael Perry on the list back in July, but I just
thought I'd clarify it in this thread.)

Thanks to all for your work on Plucker - let me know if there's any
testing I can do on my Handera that would help out.
