I dont realy know what it was but i dumped python and plucker, then 
reinstalled everything and changed __init__.py like Dirk sugested and added 
PyPlucker to the path and all works now. thanks so much all.
now that i have plucker running i'll start on seeing if there is a way to 
wipe out images (if any one has this one figured out that would be wonderful 
and would save me some time, if not oh well) i'll keep the list posted on my 
progress
