The Windows distribution of Plucker are shipped with 1.5.2. There are
an few problems in some cases in the winsock stuff. But the parser
itself work fine AFAIK.

What are the problems you have with 1.5.2? Something general or only
Redhat LINUX specific (the known redhat bug with the missing
protocol)?
