You don't exactly need to grab the source code for the palm itself,
just the header files.

I did however find it stupid when palm released the SDK 4.0 Update 1,
and stated that you need to have the 4.0 SDK already downloaded. There
is no easy place to FIND the SDK 4.0 download link from this page.

Anyways, to build it all you technically need is the include directory
and its .h files within.
