Robert, The bullet characters are there -- but the viewer needs some hacking to support them. The bullet characters are in there using the UNICODE-CHARACTER function code, with an alternate fallback character of "o". The viewer could be hacked to display a handful of those Unicode characters which are guaranteed to be displayable under PalmOS, but I haven't gotten around to doing it yet.
