I took a quick look at adding David's suggestion about suppressing the
'copy URL' button when there is no URL info...
Easy to add. Just change AddURLToField to return a boolean and show or
hide the button based on that (in both externalform and detailsform). The
only problem is that on the details form the button is between 'ok' and
'cancel' and it will look funny when the 'copyURL' button is hidden. Any
objections to changing the button order to 'ok' 'cancel' 'copyURL' ???
