What is the result returned if you run the parser in a console window? Also what is the spec of the machine and OS version? I tried the link but I turned it off once it had queued over 1200 documents to download: the python interpreter was working pretty hard trying to process all the links by that point on a 16MB Ram P133 laptop, and my Internet time is paid by the minute.
