The install method installs to destinations as a lot, both directories and handheld.

I forgot to mention though, if you would rather have each output .pdb file sent 
somewhere after 
each one is made, you can use the "after command" to put in a shell command to copy it 
over to 
where you want. The original .pdb for a "foo" channel will be: 
<pluckerinstalldirectory>\channels\foo\foo.pdb
example:
C:\program files\plucker\channels\foo\foo.pdb
