        I wasn't speaking specifically of letter of the license, I was
speaking in the terms of the spirit of the license.

        Since we can't (and won't) purchase (or pirate) copies of VB to try
this out and make it work and improve on it, it provides more restrictions
than not having the code at all, or having it written in a tool that is as
freely avaiable as Plucker itself.

        I'm curious to see what you come up with though, and you certainly
don't have to retain it as GPL, though we hope that you intend to. There are
plenty of people who have written proprietary interfaces to Plucker, and who
do not provide source for those interfaces.
