Windows users are typically silent : if Plucker works (ie. easy to use, 
fast, not clunky), they will use it and recommend it. If it doesn't work 
they will throw it away, and not bother writing a mail to a mailing-list.

I hope I personnaly behave correctly ;-) (I'm not helped by Outlook but I
