Robert, thanks for the info. I have created conduits before (specifically a C++ version of the parser) so I plan to look into using Bill's Java parser and the Java CDK. I definitely plan to look for the channels created by the desktop version when syncing. I do plan to use the general conduit so it would be portable to the Mac too. I like everything you outlined except steps 5 & 6, since using the Java parser I should be able to take the records directly from memory and put them on the Palm. This way I won't have to worry about reading the pdb back in and stuff. I also wouldn't have to worry about the order of operations and it would work like other conduits.
