Well, the modified date changes when you rename the document, or
move it from/to an external card, too. I don't want to lose the
cached data for those kind of "changes". I guess it is a matter
of defining what should be considered to be a "modified" document
instead of a "new" document, i.e. how much can you "modify" before
it is a new document ;-)
