How about html2png? It's part of qemacs0.3 (http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemacs/)
It claims to OS independant (I can't check that). It doesn't do images. But, neither
did we
in version 0.3.
It looks like a fair candidate, it's fast, and LGPL. Can anyone check
if compiles/runs on Mac, solaris, winders, etc??
