Oh, also, building in this fashion, with the command you've given
will not give you anything new but a new Python distiller, which is very
likely guraranteed not to work with your existing viewer, since the
distiller is much newer than the viewer's required version you likely have
installed. The above command DOES NOT build a new 1.3 viewer.
