OK:
I just checked in the changes to support nested (ugh!) tables.
If the nested table will fit on the screen, it is embedded in the cell.
If the nested table is larger than the screen, a table link icon will be
shown in the cell.
If the nested table is too large for the palm to display, [TABLE ID#] will
appear in the cell.
This is pretty much the same as a table in a document is handled
currently.
