Sorry nope. The custom font needs to be formatted in a specific way during the compiling of the prc to be accepted by the os5 device as 'not scaled' .. If the custom font is formatted the same as it has in the past for all other devices (OS4 and earlier) then OS5 will automatically double its size to maintain downward compatibility.
