I've been trying to download plucker from CVS to no avail.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]% setenv CVSROOT ':pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs/plucker'
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]% cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:2401/cvs/plucker
CVS password:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]% cvs co plucker
can't create temporary directory /tmp/cvs-serv2826
Permission denied

I also can't download an hourly snapshot because those are just coming
out empty (45 bytes long appears to be the shortest you can possibly
make a tarball)
