I suppose it was my responsibility to document these, eventually I'll
get around to doing it but in the mean time I can explain them..

'Image Caching' helps to speed up the drawing of images within a
document. When you scroll up and down it has to recall this
information from the database. Instead, I wrote an image caching
routine which was included within 1.2 that caches the images to make
concurrent loads faster (When you close the viewer, it wipes the
cache) .. Within 1.2 this was on by default but some OS 3.1
handsprings had problems with it, so I added this option.

However, it'll probably be depricated soon as I think I know why the
handsprings were failing... in which case this option would just be
taking up space :)

'Dynamic Scrollbar' you should have on if you have a faster OS5
device, or a lores device as it dynamically updates the screen as you
move the scrollbar. If you have a hires non-OS5 device then its best
to turn this option off as redrawing the screen would take too long to
care about..

However, once I can get some time to bring the text-caching feature up
to par (started on it over a year and a half ago) that would speed up
text drawing -- as fast as isilo or avantgo -- and make this checkbox
obsolete as well :)
