Arm Zlib -> OK to place in hires package?

I downloaded the beta packages from the plkr.org website.

Would it be okay to put the hires Zlib in the hires package (but of 
course keeping the standard (smaller) Zlib in the standard-res package)?

I looked at the Arm Zlib author's website and it seems to be unencumbered.
