Does anyone know the reason for this? I wish I did. I have all of my Plucker documents on the card, and use Manual Update to refresh the doc list. I expect updates to take a long time: I have several hundred Plucker docs occupying 70+ MB of the card. What got me was switching _between_ documents already listed. There would be a signifigant delay while Plucker refreshed the document list, on the order of 15 - 20 seconds (on a 33mhz Visor Pro, overclocked to 54mhz. Don't want to think about what it might be on a slower device.) I backed off to version 1.2 of the viewer because of it. It's almost as though the viewer is doing a refresh documents operation despite the Manual Update setting, rather than simply redisplaying the info in the plkrdoclist file. Michael Nordstrom mentioned that after loading 300 Plucker docs on the CF card in his device he noticed the slowdown, and would look at it when he got the chance. (He's busy with work he gets _paid_ for at the moment.) > eugene ______ Dennis _______________________________________________ plucker-dev mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.rubberchicken.org/mailman/listinfo/plucker-dev
