There is no documentation for this file, so it just needs to be reverse engineered by Gestalt.
This file can be located on your computer as: <Your Home Directory>/Documents/Palm/Users/Palm Users
There is no secret info inside. It is just a hex file, that tells the number of hotsync users, whether profile/user, hotsync user names and what folder they are stored in in the /Palm subdirectory.
No Microsoft ones are needed at this time, just OSX.
