Palm Latin 1 vs. CP1252

I take it that Palm Latin 1 is closer to CP1252 than to ISO 8859-1.  Is Palm Latin 1 the same as CP1252?  If not, where can I get a table of the differences (and ideally a Palm Latin 1 -> unicode table;  there aren't any at unicode.org).   ALex
