The images are probably my fault. There is code in image.c to convert
them, but, Adam's code (ConvertImageHandleToV3( imageHandle )) did
different things and I had to comment it out. It's at about line 444 in
image.c. I have an idea about what it should do
(multiimage/plucker/viewer/image.c about line 126), but no way to test it
if I do change it. (other parts of the ImageType structure need to be
changed for a V3 bitmap).
I could work on it tonight and send you (Alex) a patch for testing??
