I fixed Plucker to run from ROM. The problem was calls to
MemPtrRecoverHandle() which is invalid for ROM chunks.
I do have one question about memory allocation in libraryform.c. The icons
are allocated by using DmGetResource() and locking the chunk.
DmReleaseResource() is then called even before the icons are used. Is it OK
to release a resource where the chunk is locked?
