Well, Plucker now runs on OS 5.3 QVGA, but still only with release ROMs.
(It crashes on debug ROMs. In fact, I suspect it crashes on debug ROMs on
earlier devices, too.) Moreover, it should support the full range of OS 5.x
resolutions: 1.5x, 2x, 3x and 4x.
Of course, there isn't a QVGA device shipping yet. :-)
