HandEra runs 3.5 and has a QVGA (x 1.5, rather than 2) screen.
On the other hand, HandEra has a rotate command in its own
SDK, so it might make sense to support rotation with that
instead.
At one point, Adam had screen shots suggesting that this was
done, but I never found it in the released hires versions, so it
may have been trickier than I assumed.
There are also some pre-ARM Sonys with big screens.
Does the rotation option slow things down even if it isn't used?
If not, it might make sense to just label the option something like:
rotate screen (slow)
