I apologize if you're not the one to field this "help" question, but other than "report bugs" I couldn't find how to contact anyone for help. I am a brand new user of Plucker (as in, today) and have crashed my Palm.
System:

OS version - ???, new, just got the device in May
Plucker version - ??? downloaded about 2 weeks ago
Situation:
Turned on Palm, tapped the regular Plucker icon, and got my web pages... Im happy, seems like fun. Then I see another Plucker icon... something like Plucker US - I know it said Plucker then had two letters after it. I tapped on it, and now my Palm is completely frozen w/ the following message: Fatal Alert MemoryMgr.c,Line:3564 NULL handle. There is a RESET softkey, but tapping it does nothing.
Can't turn off Palm, can't do ANYTHING with it.
Suggestions???
