There is nothing "wrong" with the code if it had been normal
development going on, but now we are about a week away from a
new release (and I had told every developer with write access
to check with me *before* they add something new to the code
base.)
This was just bad timing. Still, it will give Matto time to
fix some of the problems and also to clean up the code.
- set it to Browse on a non-Treo600 device and it will crash
as soon as you tap on an external link
- try to access the External preference options on a device
not compiled with "Quick Export"; it will crash
- shouldn't be possible to select Browse on a device without
that capability
- already "visited/copied" links should be indicated as such
- the "extra" anchor line makes the anchor bigger than it
is set to be
- the export message popup is displayed to short time to
even be noticed
- the "quick export" handling is spread out in too many
different files
BTW, I'm critizising the code not Matto, so there is no reason
for "Ouch!" ;-)
/Mike
