Plucker Turned Off ?

Trying to sync with Palm Hotsync (I was able to do it once then the roof fell in) but I get a message in HotSync saying  "OK Plucker - update turned off in Plucker Desktop".  Of course I don't know what that is in reference to.  Help?  Go slow, I am new to the PC, but have been on a Mac for 15 years.  Yes, it was time to convert.  Thanks, wornout
